l'organisation et la promotion d'activités de loisirs et de détente ;  l'organisation de festivités pour les habitants de la commune de Gréalou et en partenariat avec les autres associations de la commune ; la mise à disposition de moyens pour les associations adhérentes qui organisent des manifestations festives ; la commune de Gréalou a fait l'acquisition de la dernière licence de la commune afin d'éviter qu'elle soit définitivement perdue et vu la carence de l'initiative privé et pour maintenir un service public en confie la responsabilité au comité des fêtes ; le comité pourra réaliser la vente d'alcool des cinq groupes dans le cadre réglementaire et en confie la responsabilité à une personne du comité des fêtes titulaire du permis d'exploitation
