Vestige d'un ensemble hospitalier du 13e siècle, mentionné dès 1314. Chapelle attribuée à la confrérie des pénitents bleus vers 1588. L'édifice, construit en briques, offre la particularité d'avoir un choeur désorienté. S'il s'agit d'un édifice dédié au culte dès l'origine, il est possible que l'orientation ait été changée pour une commodité d'accès depuis la rue. Certains indices archéologiques laissent penser à une autre affectation : salle des malades ou bâtiment hospitalier à deux niveaux, transformé en chapelle.Classement monument historique :
