En 928, l'abbé de Beaulieu donna à l'abbaye, en la villa de Felines, l'église fondée en l'honneur de la Vierge. A cette occasion, les moines bénédictins résolurent d'y établir un prieuré, qui eut pour annexe Betenoux. Le prieuré disparut à la Révolution et l'église vendue est tout ce qu'il en reste. C'est un édifice du 14e siècle, surmonté d'un clocher trapu. L'intérieur conserve quelques vestiges de fresques.Classement monument historique :
