Historique :	Le docteur Alfred Cayla, fondateur de l'association Maisons paysannes de France et auteur de nombreux ouvrages sur l'architecture rurale, a constitué entre 1935 et 1982 un important fonds photographique, concernant aussi bien le Lot que les autres départements français. Ce fonds a été légué en 1996 par Eric Cayla, fils d'Alfred Cayla, à la commune d'Anglars-Juillac.

Observations :	Fonds légué à la commune sous réserve qu'il soit protégé parmi les Monuments Historiques, mis à la disposition des chercheurs et déposé aux Archives Départementales du Lot : la mise en application du legs a été ré-initiée en 2006 et le fonds déposé aux AD le 31 janvier 2007 dans l'attente d'un projet de numérisation et de mise en valeur ; fiche n°004-01-00-0.
